Each of these rules apply to ALL 907th members and hopefully pubbers. Compliance is mandatory. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
1. BUNNY-HOPPING and CORNER-JUMPING:
Bunny-hopping is defined as jumping while under fire for the sole purpose of avoiding being hit by enemy gunfire. Corner-jumping is defined as jumping while rounding a corner for the sole purpose of making yourself a difficult target.
Members shall not utilize either of these maneuvers.
2. PROFANE/ OBSCENE/ VULGAR/ OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE
Members shall not use language, either typed or voiced, that is profane, obscene, vulgar, racist, sexist, or otherwise in extremely poor taste. Some language, such as "sh*t" or "damnit", will be tolerated within reason and may be used occasionally. However, frequent use of these types of words is not condoned and may result in corrective measures.
At all times, Members should refrain from using phrases such as "Da*mn You Gohan" in the heat of battle.
3. VOICE COM
The intent and purpose of the in-game voice com is to offer and provide, voice communications capability between members of a team, so that battlefield tactics may be coordinated and executed, enemy positions reported, ammo or back-up requested, etc. Spamming the voice com by singing, mocking other players' voices, harassment, etc. is not permitted.
However, if there are very small numbers on a team and those members agree to "chit-chat", they may do so, keeping in mind that if a new player joins the team and wishes to play, the "chit-chat" shall cease. The voice com may also be used to extend a brief greeting to joining players.
4. CHAT MESSAGES
The intent and purpose of the in-game chat is the same as with Voice Com, with an added capability of being able to type messages to members of the other team. Spamming the chat with messages that taunt, mock, tease, harass, or otherwise interfere with the other team's ability to effectively communicate and read their own messages is not permitted.
However, members may use all-chat to compliment players of the opposing team for a nice kill, good game, etc. All-chat and team-chat may also be used to extend a brief greeting to joining players.
5. CHEATS OR SCRIPTS
A Cheat is defined as any means by which a player may achieve an artifical advantage during game-play. "Aim-bots" and "Wall-hacks" are well known examples of "cheats".
A Script is defined as a means by which a player can alter or increase the rate-of-fire of a weapon above that particular weapon's originally designed rate-of-fire or charateristics.
Members shall not use or experiment with cheats or scripts on 907th Servers.
6. FORUM AND SERVER PASSWORDS
Passwords for the forums and Private servers are for the sole use of 907th members. Members shall not share or disclose these passwords to non-907th persons. Members shall not permit friends or family members to access the forums or private servers under their 907th identity.
907th members who share a computer with roommates, family, friends, etc. shall take precautions to safeguard their forum password and 907th Private server password.
